I don't charge for larger sizes either, although I will admit that the amount of work needed for a larger size of my products is non-existent, and the fabric difference is minor. There is just one exception - footie PJs for a waist size of larger than 38 requires TWICE as much fabric purchase as a size at or below 38 (due to not being able to lay the body pieces next to each other for cutting), and therefore there is a substantial difference in price above and below that size for that particular item.

Anyway, I like the new cargo pockets.
