I need car help!
My ford focus seems to have blown out both brake lights and the shop wants to charge me $45 to 'see' what causes it. I think that this is crap and can't afford it - but I NEED brake lights. I am *hoping* that the lights just burnt out and I don't have an electrical problem. If I buy the correct lights could someone help me change the bulbs --- I have NO idea how to do that!!!

*will exchange labor and car work for a dinner/dessert

jeff says check the fuses (by your left knee if the parking brake is over there, otherwise in the glove compartment.)

he says some are easy to replace, others are annoying. but he'll take a look at it if you want.

I was going to suggest fuses, too. Or bulbs. I can change either, if you need--Tomorrow during the early afternoon would be best for me, if you need, call.
