Spicy Seafood Udon Noodles.... YUM!!

They smell and taste like heaven - with just enough fire to keep it interesting.
There sure are some good gods out there.

mmmmmmmmm udon. I had some udon noodle soup at the Mall of America, wasn't bad but not as good as Sakura here in downtown St. Paul. Must learn how to make.
