What makes a great cargo pocket: size, closure, removeability? What is the perfect version of these traits?

I'd probably figure out the absolute necessities and build a design out of that. I like something that can carry my flat wallet, maybe around the size of a small moleskine, and my phone and keys.

The closure is key. I prefer something easy to open, maybe even with one hand (or teeth or whatever -- everyone struggles when going in a door with full hands), and closing all the way, like a zipper. You could pretty it up by making a non-closing/magnetic/snap flap over it or something. Zipper alone is fine.
